Life Saver—Fantastic Lawyer/Person

I had a very difficult situation with my employer. Being a white male, I was also concerned that I was not
going to be able to do anything about it. Nicole not only guided me through the process of what I should
document, she was my sounding board for all of the stress/emotions I was going through. She
continually reassured me that what transpired was illegal, and informed me of the appropriated process
that we would take. The moment she took my case she was diligent, kind, supportive and a true partner.
We worked collaboratively throughout the time to make sure that everything was in order, that
documentation was detailed, and that my case continued to get stronger. She accurately described what
she thought we could get as a settlement and patiently worked with me to get what we had agreed on
regarding settlement. There were times when I was nervous and concerned, but she was always
supportive, kind, empathetic and helped me stay the course.

As she predicted, we were able to resolve the matter, and my settlement was exactly what she/we had
