International Association of Top Professionals Gala Awards Ceremony in NYC, NY 2023

There comes a point in my life, where I am at a loss for words, and this is one of them

To everyone at IAOTP, with a specific shout out to Stephanie Cirami who is our leader of such an EMPIRE, thank you for selecting me as the Empowered Woman of the Year for 2023

In today’s world, being an Empowered Woman means INCLUSION and UNITY for all

It means celebrating everyone, no matter their gender, sexual orientation, race, national origin, faith, age, or other background

For me personally, this also means ACTING on your trusted word and not just speaking about what you hope will transpire

I pay close attention to detail at what KINGDOM PATTERNS that I carry out as well

It is critical to examine what patterns exist, to break the ones that expired in seasons before, and SHAKE the pattern for all thy new

Consider for a moment what patterns set you up to be the ANSWER, and those patterns of your life that do not

This process will require you to take a close examination of those people around you as well, and it is never harsh to release people, places, and things until their HONOR MATCHES YOURS

To be an Empowered Woman, it means living in such a way that I aim to make everyone’s experience with me more JOYFUL than before they came to me

This is how we change the planet, and feeding others with such COLORFUL HOPE is not an impossible ask

Step out in every step to be AUTHENTIC TODAY rather than some future moment that is not even promised

Above all else, lend a hand with awe and compassion so deep that people did not remember what life was like before you arrived

I send my most tender thanks to Jesus and every IAOTP family member, as well as every other leader for these awards
