She went on to receive her law degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2011. Following graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Today, Conger leads The Law Office of Nicole Conger, PLLC, where she has spent more than eight years advocating for individuals across Texas. Her practice focuses on plaintiff-side employment and civil rights law, representing clients who have experienced workplace injustice, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of protected rights.
Yet, what distinguishes Conger is not only her legal acumen, but her approach. She does not begin with statutes—she begins with listening.
